Job Description

Covercraft Industries, LLC, a leading manufacturer of protective products for vehicles, marine, and outdoor applications, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cutting, Spreading, Prep Level 1 team member at our Wichita Falls, TX location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and load fabric for cutting based on work orders.
• Support cutting operations and assist Level 2 operators.
• Ensure products meet quality standards (97% or higher).
• Achieve at least 80% production efficiency within 90 days, progressing to 100% within 6 months.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor and team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be computer literate and able to use basic math.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Prior knowledge of lay-up and prep procedures preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, squat, and work in a fast-paced, moderately noisy environment.
• Must have corrected 20/20 vision and distinguish colors accurately.
