**Key Duties and Responsibilities:
**
- Manage incoming calls from new and existing customers.
- Process daily orders by inputting, shipping, and verifying.
- Handle outgoing invoices to customers including processing credit cards.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Basic office duties including, but not limited to filing, data entry, copying and general administration support.
**Preferred Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
