📍 Plover, WI | 💲 Starting at $17.00/hr + Shift Premiums | 🕒 Full-Time, 2nd Shift

Pointe Precision, a leading manufacturing company in Plover, WI, is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Entry Level Machinists. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor precision machining equipment to produce high-quality parts
• Follow setup instructions and secure workpieces for production
• Inspect and measure components to ensure they meet specifications
• Collaborate with experienced machinists and supervisors to continuously grow your skills

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 
• 2pm-10pm

What You Bring:

• A mechanical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. regularly
• No prior experience required—machinist experience is preferred, but not necessary
