We’re looking for Entry-Level Cable & Wire Technicians to join a growing low-voltage installation team serving customers throughout Genesee County.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being active, and learning a trade. You don't need years of experience to get started. If you have a strong work ethic, are comfortable using basic hand tools, and aren't afraid of ladders or hard work, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install and route CAT5, CAT6, fiber optic, and other low-voltage cable
• Pull and fish wire through walls, ceilings, and other areas
• Work from ladders and lifts as required
• Install, secure, and organize cable runs
• Assist with cable termination and connections
• Use hand tools and basic installation equipment
• Follow job-site plans, instructions, and safety procedures
• Work alongside experienced technicians while learning the trade
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

THIS JOB IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have construction, electrical, maintenance, assembly, or other hands-on experience
• Are comfortable using basic hand tools
• Can read a tape measure and take accurate measurements
• Are comfortable climbing and working on ladders
• Don't mind working in different environments and job sites
• Can work with your hands for extended periods
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Take pride in doing quality work

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Genesee County, Michigan

Schedule: All shifts depending on the job assignment and weekly schedule

Physical Requirements:

This is a very active, physical position. Technicians may spend much of the day climbing up and down ladders, pulling cable, fishing wire through walls, reaching, bending, kneeling, and working in different areas of a job site.
