Liquid Bottling Line Support – 1st & 2nd Shift

📍 Location: Florence, KY

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (90 Days)

Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM — $16.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our liquid bottling team. In this role, you will support production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment
• Assemble products according to company specifications
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards
• Package and label products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
• Basic English communication skills (reading & verbal)

Requirements

• Must provide and wear steel-toe shoes (leather, rubber, or plastic – no mesh)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
