2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Assembler / Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and production.

While previous manufacturing experience is helpful, we are also open to candidates with strong work histories who are willing to learn and work in a production environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable candidates with a strong history of job stability and decent tenure with previous employers
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or other hands-on environments is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift

Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Assemble components and finished products
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect parts and products for quality
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other basic equipment
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality expectations
• Follow all company safety procedures

3rd Shift: Available

Candidates must be comfortable committing to their assigned shift and maintaining reliable attendance.
