Hiring Immediately!!Eaton’s ES AMER ARSdivision is currently seeking aEntry Level Assembler (2nd).The hourly rate for this position is$18.48/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential on 2nd per hour.This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Hours:3:30 PM - 12:00 AM ( 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM with OT)

What you will do:

• Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Position Criteria:- Must stand up to 8 hours a day

• Consistent overtime
• Proficient using hand/power tools

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma and/or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow or in the future
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, ILarea (70 miles) will be considered for thisposition

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
