Job Overview:

Responsible for supporting all operational and financial goals for an ISO-13485 medical device manufacturing facility. The Engineering Tech Task Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance to all engineering practices and codes and managing communication with all project leads and assisting in all procurement services.

  • Continuously improve processes in support of organizational goals. Support departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. 
  • Work with quality, production and sales to directly manage all customer concerns related to quality and on-time delivery. 
  • Plan all tasks schedules and coordinate with production and purchasing department for assigned projects and develop all technical activities and reports.
  • Administer all phases of planning and implementation of day-to-day projects and analyze all potential risks and monitor all project requirements.
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • And all other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • User of Microsoft Office or Equivalent 
  • User of ERP/MRP systems
  • Ability to utilize software relevant to development, design, and management of engineering projects, such as
    • CAD design software (AutoCad, NanoCad, or equivalent)
    • 3D Modeling Software (Solidworks, Fusion360, or equivalent)
    • Microsoft Projects of equivalent
