Job Description

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr. Engineering Technician to perform high-volume testing of hydraulic and pneumatic components in a fluid power manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, quality assurance, and high-pressure testing for commercial and military products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic component testing.
• Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment.
• Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues.
• Analyze and document test results.
• Follow testing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support process improvements and production efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of technical, manufacturing, testing, or related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to quality and safety.

Preferred Experience

• Hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems testing.
• High-pressure fluid power systems.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
• Aerospace, military, manufacturing, or precision production environments.
• High-volume production testing.
