The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of (Engineering) recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various manufacturing positions.

Minimum of 2 years of (Engineering) recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of Engineering roles and requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
