JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Engineering Quality & Compliance Manager who will assist Engineering to ensure that JLL best practices are applied to the account Engineering Team while striving to improve processes and product quality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform site inspections, assisting in Facility Condition Assessments
Asset Management - Assist with Next Generation Maintenance (NGM) routines as applied to building assets
Develop and apply work-related data and analysis tools to engineering initiatives and special projects
Support JLL/client leadership with design, development, and implementation of programs
Ensure engineering team compliance with all established policies, and procedures and contractual obligations including proactive KPI/SLA monitoring and reporting
Support for engineering performance and consistency throughout the regions and shared resources
Assist with development and implementation of innovation programs and processes to reduce costs, increase productivity and savings while contributing to cost savings goals
Compile performance data for weekly team calls and other records necessary for periodic or one-off reporting
Build successful relationships with client personnel - promoting confidence, forward planning, and best practices
Champion a positive, transparent, and communicative work culture with all account dedicated and shared engineering personnel. Partner closely with facility management, project management and other account business units such that all are operating as One-Team
Document and maintain Capital One and JLL records related to EHS (Compliance), Account refrigerant tracking and other programs as required. Assist with client Carbon Footprint initiative
Special projects and other tasks/duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years commercial facilities quality & compliance experience plus strong engineering expertise
Willingness to travel – 20%
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques, CMMS systems, and Quality Management Systems
General comprehension related to mechanical systems
Strong commitment to quality assurance and customer service
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate to all levels of management and willing to interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel
Estimated compensation for this position:
85,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
