Are you a driven problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence and hands-on project leadership? Wabash Castings is looking for an Engineering Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact from day one.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Step into a high-visibility role where you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches, drive process improvements, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams. From managing RFQs and tooling launches to overseeing APQP/PPAP activities, you’ll be the go-to leader turning innovation into execution.

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• 3+ years of project or process engineering experience in automotive or metal casting
• In-depth knowledge of aluminum casting (green sand preferred) and quality planning tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
• Confident with MS Project, Gantt charts, and CAD tools
• Excellent communicator and natural team leader

🌟 Preferred Extras:

• PMP or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Experience with IATF 16949 quality systems
• Strong understanding of machining, finishing, or assembly of aluminum castings
