We're looking for an Engineering Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys taking projects from concept to production. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to bring new products to life.

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead new product development and process improvement initiatives while serving as a key technical resource throughout the organization.

Project Management & New Product Development

Lead multiple new and revised product development projects from customer purchase order through successful production launch.
Coordinate activities related to design, material selection, tooling, process development, validation, and customer approval.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Communicate project status and key milestones with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Support

Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.
Support troubleshooting efforts involving molds, equipment, materials, processes, and manufacturing methods.
Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and collaborate on cost reduction initiatives.
Analyze data and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational performance.
Evaluate, source, and implement new equipment and technologies to support growth and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership

Provide engineering support for existing products, special projects, and customer requests.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T requirements.
Assist with quality planning, validation activities, and customer-driven engineering changes.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing, specifying, and implementing manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of automated vision inspection systems.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and internal auditing.
