Job Overview:

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Program Manager to lead new product development projects. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in program management and technical delivery.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, production, support, and sales to drive project milestones and resolve roadblocks to development.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facilitate regular executive briefings and meetings with customer and internal leadership.

  • Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

     

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or directly related equivalent experience required.

Experience

10+ years of semiconductor equipment industry experience; backend test segment preferred with 5+ years of engineering product marketing or program management experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and with credible executive presence.

  • Experience delivering executive presentations spanning technical, business and strategic topics.

  • Knowledgeable about semiconductor capital equipment market and customer requirements with the ability to navigate deeply technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

  • Attention to detail, and self-disciplined to drive individual activities.

 

Job Conditions/Physical Demands:  Domestic and international travel may be required. Prolonged periods of sitting at the computer terminal.
