We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manufacturing Liaison (EML) position with the GA-ASI Stockroom 101 Warehouse in our Sustainment Organization located in Poway, California. This supply-related position will be responsible for screening Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) material documentation and physical part identification/verification during all aspects of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology-enabled warehouse operation from the LRU retrograde receiving process, depot repair induction process, shipment verification process, and disposal process. This position will involve performing research and coordinating with internal and external activities to identify and resolve LRU documentation issues identified during warehouse operations to ensure SR101 meets contractual material processing timelines, and ensuring compliance with Company's quality management system and government property management regulations. May be asked to assist with complex research tasking that requires significant communication with internal customers. SR101 is the largest government property warehouse in GA-ASI, maintaining an inventory of over 45,000 line items of material in a 70,000 square foot warehouse supporting 19 international and domestic customers operating the MQ-9 Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems across the globe. SR101 also serves as the primary focal point for processing all government property disposal across the Company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensures parts and purchase requisitions are processed through the system in a timely manner.
- Ensures delivery dates are met by maintaining frequent contact with all stakeholders.
- Confers across functional areas to provide and obtain technical information.
- Coordinates stakeholder retrograde repair priorities and ensures turnaround times are met.
- Advises management of the status of work in progress and identifies potential problems.
- Ensures rapid disposition of emergent requests for material movement
- May function in an advisory or leadership role and provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
- Review received and processed material for accuracy and correct any errors identified.
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Will work in a warehouse environment, often moving material by hand, pallet jack, or other motorized equipment.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, planning or a related discipline and five or more years of progressive experience in planning, coordinating and scheduling production operations. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Must demonstrate an extensive understanding of product life cycle sustainment, quality control, and government property requirements.
- Must possess leadership skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
