Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge gear systems.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gear solutions into broader product designs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to gear systems.
Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the engineering department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges.
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
