| Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Troubleshooting and repair equipment, utilizing prints, schematics, and knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Supervises and trains maintenance technicians on proper repair and use of equipment.
- Coordinates with other departments, the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and start-up of equipment to minimize equipment downtime.
- Initiates projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
- Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the Semiconductor Specialty Gas industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventative/predictive maintenance.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures for equipment and auxiliary equipment.
- Works to provide a safe and clean work environment for employees.
- Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities, ventilation, and plumbing including waste and process plumbing.
- Assist in maintenance record keeping and documentation.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
