JOB SUMMARY:
Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects using a hybrid approach that blends traditional project management practices with Agile methodologies. Manage project timelines, risks, issues, scope, decisions, and actions (RISDA) to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile principles to support team collaboration and continuous improvement. Adapt Agile practices to fit both software and non-software environments, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness across diverse teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to align execution with business goals and drive high team performance. This role is expected to be in-office in the Versailles or Cincinnati, Ohio location 4 days a week with one day remote. This is not a remote position.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Implements Lean Agile practices and project management standards to mature delivery capabilities across software and non-software teams.
- Leads and facilitates team events effectively. Models and builds a positive, healthy team environment.
- Keeps teams organized, aligned to project timelines, and informed of progress, risks, and changes.
- Partners with Product Owner and Analysts to create and maintain a healthy backlog; coaches and trains team as needed.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for automation and quality improvements and seeks training and guidance for the team.
- Facilitates removal of impediments, manages risks, issues and dependencies using structured project tracking tools.
- Facilitates team retrospectives for problem-solving and continuous improvements.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across product and technology.
- Maintains project dashboards and team metrics to support transparency and informed decision-making.
- Prepares team for PI planning and represents team in Scrum of Scrums and PI planning.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Partners with other Scrum Masters to coach and train teams as needed.
- Supports smooth execution of PI planning.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science, or related field, or accredited certification with relevant experience required. 3+ years of Agile / Scrum related experience in embedded solutions required. Scrum Master certification preferred; Product Owner certification preferred.

COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of Agile and demonstrated practice of Scrum/Kanban
