The Role:
The Sales and Logistics Administrator will serve as a link between the Sales team and the Customer Service team, as well as perform general admin tasks for the Customer Service team. This role will require engagement across all facets of EPC Power: sales, production, accounting, administration, engineering and a high level of customer service both on the phone and in person with a variety of customers. This role will need to manage the sales and customer service processes. This will include managing customer invoicing, shipping documents, import/export documentation and coordinating the delivery schedule of products. This right person will have in-depth knowledge of international trade, great customer service skills, and sales admin experience.
