Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this role successfully, an individual should be eager to learn and able to assist with assigned tasks.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus
• Interest in manufacturing or industrial processes preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in developing and improving industrial processes
• Help collect data, take measurements, and support analysis efforts
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Assist with documentation, including process instructions and reports
• Participate in process assessments and improvement projects
• Work with team members to support production efficiency and quality
• Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production staff
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team
