Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for a Systems Engineer to support multiple production and sustainment programs within our defense portfolio. As a Production Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities across multiple programs. Responsibilities may include:
- Execution of systems engineering activities across multiple production programs including trade studies, peer reviews, change management, and cost account management
- Factory support for assisting in dispositioning non-compliant product during manufacturing
- Aiding in the development of common test methodologies across current and future production programs whenever possible
We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time

Required Skills and Education
- Must hold an active/current Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field plus 4 years related work experience
- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
- Proven analysis and communication skills
Preferred Skills and Education
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience with EW and/or Radar systems
- Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management
- Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw
- Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
