We are seeking an experienced DNS & Infrastructure Engineer. In this position you will support the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of enterprise DNS and Windows infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Working closely with senior engineers, architects, and security teams, you will help ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure services.
In this role, you will provide operational and engineering support for enterprise DNS platforms, DNS Anycast environments, and cloud-integrated infrastructure services. You will assist with modernization initiatives, automation efforts, troubleshooting activities, and operational improvements while supporting highly available enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise DNS services, hybrid cloud environments, and Windows infrastructure technologies. This position is well-suited for an experienced engineer who can independently manage complex operational responsibilities while continuing to grow technical depth in enterprise-scale DNS architecture and cloud networking.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or systems administration
Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise DNS environments in large-scale organizations
Experience supporting:
Enterprise DNS platforms
Hybrid cloud environments
On-premises and cloud-integrated infrastructure
High-availability infrastructure services
Experience working with cloud providers and cloud networking services, including:
AWS (Route 53, VPC networking)
Microsoft Azure (Azure DNS, virtual networking)
Working knowledge of DNS Anycast concepts and highly available DNS architectures
Experience troubleshooting DNS resolution, forwarding, replication, and connectivity issues
Strong understanding of:
DNS protocols and name resolution
TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Routing and switching concepts
Firewalls and load balancing
Experience supporting Windows Server 2019–2025 environments
Understanding of Windows authentication, authorization, and identity services
Experience supporting enterprise security standards and secure infrastructure practices
Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies such as:
PowerShell
Infrastructure-as-code concepts
Configuration management tools
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-availability environments
Experience supporting enterprise DNS solutions in hybrid or multi-cloud environments

Experience participating in infrastructure modernization initiatives
