Within our growing Hardware Engineering community, you’ll have the opportunity to work on technology focused programs within our Precision Strike and Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) businesses. This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Skills and Education

  • BSEE+ with 10+ years and commensurate experience leading engineering teams
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance
  • Experience leading a team to include, but are not limited to: Electrical and Mechanical engineers, technicians, designers, and PCB layout (Multi-disciplinary)
  • Experience with design and development of products and services
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Current DoD Security Clearance
  • Experience implementing established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistency
  • Sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
  • Experience supporting new business capture and proposal teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule estimates
  • Ability to develop and implement design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule requirements
  • Knowledge/experience with complex electrical and printed circuit board designs & developments
  • Knowledge/experience with opto-mechanical designs & developments
  • Knowledge/experience with missile seeker development
  • Experience with lasers, optics, and/or related IR technologies
  • Experience with RF technologies design
  • Experience designing for manufacturability
  • Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE)
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Certification for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project management technique

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
