In this role, you will manage system and configuration item requirements within DOORS, deriving requirements from specifications, allocating them to subsystems, and performing impact/traceability analyses. You will collaborate closely with system, architecture, design and verification teams to ensure system performance and that requirements are met. Additionally, you will contribute hands-on to system integration, verification and qualification activities. You will explore innovative applications of modeling and AI. Throughout the Systems Engineering V-Model, you will work with cross-functional teams – including BAE Systems employees, contractors, and military service customers – to drive innovation and deliver high-quality performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 6 years of related/relevant work or a Master’s Degree and 4 years of related/relevant work
Experience with DOORS
Experience in an electronic lab including the use of commercial test equipment
Basic knowledge of Requirements and their purpose in systems engineering
Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Currently hold an active Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
Experienced / trained in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferably Cameo/SysML
Proven use and understanding of system engineering concepts
Experience across the entire product development process
Including Architecture, requirements, test procedure development, system integration and requirement verification and validation
Experience developing test procedures and troubleshooting in a digital and Radio Frequency (RF) electronics lab environment, and potentially at customer domestic and international sites.
Cost Account Manager (CAM) training or experience
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy
