We are hiring systems engineers at the individual contributor, team lead, chief engineer and technical director levels to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems.

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent and 4-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
  • Experience in a requirements development tool such as DOORs, Jama
  • Experience in SysML modeling tool such as Cameo, MagicDraw

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
  • Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.
  • Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.
  • Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
  • Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
  • Experience with Integration and Test.
