At Electronic Systems, you’ll be among the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry’s most difficult problems. Drawing strength from our differences, we’re innovating for the future. And you can, too. Our flexible work environment provides you with a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life. We put our customers first – exemplified by our missions: “We Protect Those Who Protect Us®” and “We Innovate For Those Who Move The WorldTM.” Sound like a team you want to be a part of? Come build your career with BAE Systems.

You will work on teams developing and producing a variety of electronic equipment which is vital to support our customers’ missions. These include systems which serve to protect F-35 and F-15 aircraft with digital electronic warfare technology to maximize mission effectiveness and survivability in highly contested environments by detecting and defeating ground-based and airborne threats. As a key contributor to our innovative teams, you will leverage your safety engineering expertise to analyze digital and analog electronics, power supplies, and electronic modules, ensuring compliance with industry and government safety standards. We are committed to prioritizing the safety of people, products, and the environment.
In this job, you will:

  • Autonomous Project Delivery – Operate under broad guidance while charting your own technical course. You’ll architect solution approaches, build realistic schedules, and orchestrate all activities needed to hit milestones and exceed organizational and program objectives.

  • Partner with the new business capture team to shape winning bids. You’ll help craft and refine proposal inputs, also leveraging Functional Bid metrics, to showcase our technical superiority and secure the next generation of mission‑critical work.
