Job Description
This is a process engineering position that supports the EW-IMC Circuit Card factory. In this role you will support the assembly teams in conformal coat, manual assembly, and underfill adhesive operations.
Daily task will include:
- Factory floor support
- Non-conformance dispositions using Paperless MES
- Tool and fixture design
- Process development
- Machine programming
- Customer/Program support
- Data analysis and defect reduction strategies
- Capital equipment support
- Machine preventative maintenance

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's in an engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in a circuit card factory or other manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills and Education
- Knowledge or understanding of workmanship standards: IPC-610 and J-Std-001 for Class 3 applications
- 3D printing knowledge
