Start Date: ASAP

A well-established industrial manufacturer is expanding its in-house enclosure assembly capabilities and is seeking skilled Enclosure Assemblers to support long-term project demand. This role focuses on siding and framing work rather than welding or heavy metal fabrication. The company fabricates and welds primary structural components internally and is now bringing enclosure siding and framing work in-house to improve quality, cost control, and scheduling.

With approximately 150 enclosures forecasted—representing up to three years of work—this opportunity offers consistent hours, significant overtime, and strong potential for long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble metal enclosure siding and framing components

  • Cut, bend, drill, and fit metal panels to specification

  • Perform layout and precision measurements for window and door openings

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

  • Operate basic fabrication and construction tools (saws, drills, grinders, etc.)

  • Maintain quality and safety standards in indoor and outdoor environments

Ideal Experience:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, fabrication, or a related trade

  • Siding and framing experience strongly preferred

  • Comfortable reading mechanical prints and blueprints

  • High proficiency with tape measures and dimensional accuracy

  • Experience working with metal panels and basic fabrication tools

  • Backgrounds in residential construction, manufacturing, metal fabrication, or welding are all welcome

Schedule & Overtime:

  • Standard shift: 6:00am–2:30pm

  • During peak workload: up to 5:00am–4:30pm

  • Approximately 20 hours of overtime per week once fully ramped up

This role is ideal for hands-on tradespeople looking for steady work, strong overtime, and a long-term opportunity with a growing operation.

You should be proficient in:

  • Machine Building/Assembling
  • 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
  • Tape Measure Reading
  • Maintenance and Repair Skills
  • Mechanical Assembly Skills
  • Shop Math Skills
  • Blueprint Reading
