Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with job seekers to assess their skills, interests, and employment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local job market trends and employer needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on job readiness and career development.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job openings and placement opportunities.
• Track and report on job placement outcomes and client progress.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients after placement to ensure job retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in employment services, career counseling, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with job search platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
