Success Specialist.
**I. Job Description:
**
The Employee Success Specialist will support the Noble Plastics team by developing recruiting and retention programs, and work with Admin to ensure consistent recordkeeping and evaluations. Will share responsibility for probationary success of all new hires. Duties include determining training needs, monitoring training progress, and communicating with direct supervision to promote employee success. Additionally will be primary lead for all job fairs, employee functions, and directly interfacing with schools at various levels.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and detail orientated
High proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Excel Outlook, and ERP
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Able to communicate effectively with management, plant personnel, sales, customer service, engineering, and customers
High level of perseverance in adult education and evaluations
Ability to travel between production facilities
**III. Essential Functions:
**
Conduct screening interviews and facilitate job offers
Train new hires on company policies and procedures
Gather and evaluate information from employees and management to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training sessions
Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
Manage training budget and records in cooperation with HR and accounting
Organization of company events
Reporting on employee satisfaction/engagement surveys
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsels managers on candidate selection; recommends changes.
**IV. Performance Criteria:

Measure and report on training effectiveness through coordination with direct line supervisors
Employee engagement and retention improvements
**V. Qualifications:
**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, manufacturing or related area, or a minimum of three years of experience with human resources, adult education, training, and evaluations
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and random drug testing
Must sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement
US Citizenship is required, and must be English fluent in reading and writing
Must have a valid driver’s license; limited travel may be required between locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Possess an employee-centric focus and a strong bias for action
