Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and assess the situation.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become emergencies.
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff during emergency situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in emergency situations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
