Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Garment QC (Sewer) to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our embroidered garments. If you have a passion for sewing and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 (OT Available)

Responsibilities

Inspect finished embroidered garments for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
Perform routine checks on sewing machines and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Identify and resolve any defects or inconsistencies in the embroidery process.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of quality checks.
Document findings and provide feedback to improve production processes.
Assist in training new team members on quality control procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in garment sewing and embroidery, preferably in a quality control role.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
Ability to operate sewing machines and other related equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing or quality control is a plus.
