Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Garment QC (Sewer) to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our embroidered garments. If you have a passion for sewing and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 (OT Available)

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished embroidered garments for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Perform routine checks on sewing machines and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve any defects or inconsistencies in the embroidery process.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of quality checks.
• Document findings and provide feedback to improve production processes.
• Assist in training new team members on quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in garment sewing and embroidery, preferably in a quality control role.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
• Ability to operate sewing machines and other related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing or quality control is a plus.
