We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EM Assembler II to join our dynamic team in Westborough, MA. Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
