Job Description

Micro Tech Staffing is currently seeking experienced Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers for multiple openings on 1st and 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with experience using hand and power tools to assemble mechanical and electrical components in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools to build subassemblies and finished products
• Install wiring, connectors, switches, and other electrical components
• Route and secure wires, cables, and harnesses
• Perform mechanical assembly of frames, brackets, panels, and other components
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Experience with wiring, crimping, or cable assembly preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• High School Diploma or GED
