Job Description

We are seeking an Electronics Technician I to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies in a clean, professional manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on electronics experience who are looking to build their skills in electronic testing, soldering, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has experience working with electronic components, circuit boards, soldering, or repair work and enjoys hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and components
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing circuit boards using established procedures
• Perform through-hole and surface mount (SMT) soldering and rework
• Read and follow schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Use multimeters and other electronic test equipment to verify functionality
• Document test results, repairs, and production activities
• Identify defects and support quality improvement efforts
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training, electronics coursework, or related experience preferred
• Experience with soldering, electronics assembly, repair, or testing
• Ability to use hand tools and basic electronic test equipment
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in electronics manufacturing or repair
• Familiarity with circuit boards and electronic components
• Experience using multimeters and other electronic test equipment
• IPC certification, CompTIA A+, or similar technical certifications are a plus
