A day in the life of an Electronics/CNC Maintenance Technician is installing and maintaining shop machinery and equipment, including mechanical and control repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, security equipment and production systems.

Qualified applicants must have

Minimum of five-years experience in an industrial setting with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Understands electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and piping schematics to aid in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
Basic understanding of PLC control and CNC equipment and operation
Basic understanding of PLC ladder logic and CNC programming to aid in troubleshooting and repair of electronic controls.
Experience in using a multi meter.
Ability to solve math problems presented by jobs in this departmental skill level.
Must have a valid driver’s license and can be on call 24/7 for a one-week rotation every 6 weeks.
