We’re currently hiring for multiple full-time roles across all shifts, including:
Surface Mount (SMT) Operators – Run automated equipment that places components on circuit boards.
Electronics Assemblers & Secondary Operators – Perform basic assembly, soldering, labeling, and finishing.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Inspection – Visually inspect completed boards for accuracy and defects.
Stockroom / Shipping – Pull and deliver materials to production and prepare parts for shipment.
Test Technicians – Assist in testing and troubleshooting finished boards (limited openings).
Operate or support automated SMT lines and manual assembly processes.
Follow detailed work instructions and safety/quality procedures.
Perform basic soldering (no dip-soldering required).
Package, label, or move materials through production areas.
Complete basic computer entries and documentation.
Reliable work history and strong attendance record.
Ability to work mandatory overtime — generally 9-hour weekdays with occasional Saturdays (6–8 hours).
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive hand work.
6 months – 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
Willingness to train, learn new skills, and work as part of a team.
Environment: Clean, temperature-controlled, fridge & microwave available.
Training: 2 weeks on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift.
Onboarding: Fully electronic — completed via secure link before Day 1. (Computer or tablet recommended.)
Pre-employment: Resume required, interview scheduled through OnStaff USA, urine drug screen prior to start.
