Responsibilities

• Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components according to specifications and drawings.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
• Proven experience in electronic assembly and soldering techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with electronic components and assembly tools.
• Ability to hand solder electronic components.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly and operations of printed circuit boards.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
