Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Technician to join our

manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role focused on the assembly,

soldering, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs),

subassemblies, and complete electronic instruments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics manufacturing background with

exceptional soldering skills and experience reading electronic schematics and

assembly drawings. Experience working withgas detection equipment,

environmental sensors, industrial instrumentation, semiconductor equipment,

aerospace, or medical devicesis highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic PCBs, subassemblies, sensors, and complete electronic

instruments.

  • Perform high-quality through-hole and surface mount (SMT) soldering.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and finished

products.

  • Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and

assembly drawings.

  • Perform rework and component replacement on printed circuit boards.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform functional testing and basic calibration of completed products.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production

issues.

  • Follow ESD, safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or

electronics assembly.

  • Strong PCB soldering experience (Through-Hole and/or SMT) is required.
  • Experience assembling both printed circuit boards (PCBs) and complete

electronic instruments.

  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and

assembly drawings.

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills at the board and component level.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing

environment.
