Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and layout drawings

• Read and interpret bills of material

• Rough Fabrication of control system components

• Assemble individual components into control systems

• Wire individual components to complete a working control system

• Test completed control system and perform quality checks

• Frequent use of hand tools (wire crimper, wire stripper, etc.)

• Assist with physical inventory

• Separate parts by hand

• Prepare outgoing packages for shipping

• Receive incoming packages and reconcile products received with packing slip

• Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints and bills of material

• Excellent manual dexterity

• Ability to use a multimeter

• Ability to perform low voltage relay logic troubleshooting

• Familiar with multimeter, wire crimper and wire stripper
