Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour

Type: Temporary-to-Permanent

About the Role

This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing. You will assemble solid-state motor control products while receiving on-the-job training in assembly techniques, product knowledge, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Install wiring, connectors, relays, capacitors, and other components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and other assembly equipment safely.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Report quality concerns, damaged parts, and material shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production and cross-functional manufacturing activities as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience (technical school graduates encouraged to apply).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electronic assembly.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

• Technical certificate or Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with electronic or electromechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with wiring, crimping, and electrical schematics.
