Mechanical Assembly Technician

Seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment. This role will contribute to multiple stages of the assembly process, including preparing sub-assemblies, kitting jobs, completing final assembly, and testing finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble components and sub-assemblies
• Kit materials and components for production jobs
• Complete final assembly of industrial equipment
• Perform product testing to ensure quality and functionality
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S practices
• Follow standard work instructions and established safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the production environment

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, 40 hours/week
