POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
oApply thick-film printing techniques using screen printing equipment and conductive, non-conductive, and resistor pastes to produce ceramic substrates.
oOperate high-temperature belt furnaces to fire pastes onto ceramic substrates.
oPerform assembly operations under a microscope using soldering equipment and hand tools.
oUse measurement equipment to ensure product requirements meet specifications.
oComplete additional assembly tasks such as solder and epoxy die attach and hand-soldering leads to SSPCs.
oFollow process layouts and procedures to determine assembly methods and sequences.
oIdentify and select components for integration into subassemblies and assemblies.
oPerform rework and other duties as assigned; provide feedback and maintain accuracy.
oUse a computer to access job-related information, drawings, and specifications.
oApply company policies and safety standards while striving to build knowledge and skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
oTechnical training or certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
o Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
o Frequent sitting and continuous use of hands for handling small parts.
oAbility to distinguish colors and maintain close vision for detailed work
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
o Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
