Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers the opportunity to work on both 2nd or 3nd shifts, providing essential support in our fast-paced Food and Beverage Manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on PLC systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Servo Motors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot conveyor systems to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on electromechanical systems.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Servo Motors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards maintenance challenges.
