**Job Title: *Assembler I* **
Location: Roselle, IL 60172
Duration: 3+ Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; overtime and Saturdays as needed
Position Summary
Seeking an Assembler I with mechanical and electrical assembly experience to assemble components and finished products, perform testing, and ensure quality standards are met. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and supports daily production operations.
Note
- Contractor is responsible for wearing their own steel toed boots, other PPE based on the task being performed will be provided to the contractor on site

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and functional testing
- Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install electrical components, wiring harnesses, switches, sensors, and connectors
- Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
- Identify and correct assembly issues or defects
- Document production data, test results, and quality concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with training team members as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience (required)
- Mechanical and electrical assembly experience (required)
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, feeler gauges, arbor presses, and related equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Additional Information
- Candidates must successfully complete an in-person assembly assessment during the interview process.
- Contractors must provide their own steel-toed boots.
- All other required PPE will be provided on-site.
