We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship to join our team as Electromechanical Assemblers. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or looking to grow your technical skills, this is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electrical and electromechanical devices using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Build and connect components such as cables, harnesses, and chassis modules following detailed instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and process sheets to ensure quality workmanship.
• Perform verification tests and inspect assemblies for accuracy and defects according to workmanship standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining compliance with company and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deliver top-quality products.

What You Bring

• A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions and documentation.
• Comfort using basic hand tools (torque wrenches, dial indicators, test devices, etc.).
• Ability to manipulate and assemble small or delicate parts accurately.
• A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work in a team environment.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary—training is provided!
