Work Schedule
We offer **two options **— both 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime and days off:
- Rotating Day/Night Shift: Week 1: Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6 PM–6 AM) - Week 2: Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
- Straight Night Shift: 6 PM–6 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule
Shift Differential: $1.25/hr./days; $2.50/hr./nights

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in various equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to effectively resolve problems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on motors, including replacement and repair tasks.
- Utilize pneumatic and hydraulic systems knowledge to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and issues.
- Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems and schematics.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on motor maintenance.
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for shop-related tasks.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
