Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301

Duration: 5 months (Temp to Hire)

Pay Rate: $25.28/hr (W2)

Shift Details

• Must be able to work all shifts:
• Training on day shift for 2–3 weeks
• No fixed schedule (Union site; shifts assigned based on business needs)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Update maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Maintain production equipment for reliable operation.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of electro-mechanical automation installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, servos, pumps, relays, 3-phase power, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Basic machine repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office environment).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and work all shifts/overtime as needed.

Preferred

• Military training and/or Technical School.
