Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on various automated systems, including ASRS and servo motors.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electro-mechanical systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and servo motors.
  • Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of electrical schematics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
